KantorKu in Balikpapan is seeking a full-time Early Childhood/Preschool Teacher to lead engaging classes and support play-based learning. You will plan and execute trial classes, open houses, and classroom activities while fostering a warm, student-centered environment.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Education, 2–3 years of preschool teaching experience, strong leadership, and excellent communication with children, teachers, and parents.

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in early childhood / preschool teaching.
• Strong classroom leadership and coordination skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to engage well with both teachers and parents.
• Passionate about child-centered and play-based learning approaches.
• Willing to work full-time with a placement in Balikpapan.

Responsabilidades

• Plan & Execute Trial Class and Open House sessions, including content and activity preparation (teaching aids, worksheets, etc.).
• Conduct On-Class Teaching during Trial Class and Open House
• Coordinate with SA Kids for student and parents engagement
• Prepare Post-Event Reports, including Lead Observation Report and feedback summary
• Assist in Parents Seminar (online/offline) — support presentation or Q&A if needed
• Participate in Training Sessions as part of teacher development
