Job summary

PT Ruang Raya Indonesia (Ruangguru) is seeking an Early Childhood Teacher to plan and execute Trial Classes and Open House sessions, including teaching aids and activities. You will lead On-Class Teaching during events and ensure a smooth, engaging experience for children.

You will coordinate with SA Kids for student and parent engagement, prepare Post-Event reports, and assist in Parents Seminars (online/offline).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in early childhood/preschool teaching or fresh graduate welcome.
• Strong classroom leadership and coordination skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging teachers and parents.
• Passionate about child-centered and play-based learning approaches.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field.
• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in early childhood or preschool teaching also open for fresh graduate or final year student with no class.
• Strong classroom leadership and coordination skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to engage well with both teachers and parents.
• Passionate about child-centered and play-based learning approaches.
• Working hours are flexible within the 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM time range.
• Willing to work with a placement in Batam
