Job summary

Lakeland Supply is seeking an Assistant Distribution Center Manager to join our warehousing operations team. This role requires a confident leader who can drive efficiency, manage a team, and ensure top-notch customer service in a fast-paced environment.

You will oversee Material Handlers, direct warehouse flow, train new employees, and implement safety initiatives. A hands-on, proactive approach and the ability to meet daily deadlines are essential.
