Packet Systems Indonesia is seeking a Network and Security Engineer to design, implement, and support advanced security infrastructures. The role involves hands-on troubleshooting, daily site support, and producing clear technical documentation for customers.

The candidate should have 3+ years of experience in network/security, deep Palo Alto NGFW knowledge, and security certifications. This on-site position focuses on delivering reliable, secure network solutions for complex environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/Computer Engineering/Telecommunication from a reputable university.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in network/security technology, preferably in a system integrator.
• Deep knowledge/experience with Palo Alto Next Gen Firewall and related security practices.

Responsabilités

• Provide advanced input and strategic solutions on the company's security system.
• Provide solid technical support for daily activities at customer sites.
• Create/maintain design, implementation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and support of infrastructure—networking and security solutions.
• Create documentation and reports that meet customer needs.
• Prepare Preventive Maintenance and Fault Analysis documentation.
