The ideal candidate holds a Diploma in Engineering, has 5+ years as a Production Supervisor in chemical manufacturing with painting exposure, and demonstrates strong English communication and leadership abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise painting production activities to ensure quality from prep to finish.

• Coordinate with production, QC, maintenance and other departments to resolve issues.
• Train and develop team members to sustain performance.
• Prepare production reports and monitor KPIs like output and defect rates.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.

The working venue is in Tangerang, Banten.

Our client is a Manufacturing (Building Materials) company. Currently, they are looking for Painting Production Assistant Manager.

Job Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage daily painting production activities following the aluminum extrusion process to ensure products meet quality standards.

Oversee painting processes, including paint preparation, application, and finishing, to achieve consistent coating quality.

Monitor paint and chemical usage, mixing processes, and application parameters to ensure production efficiency and minimize material waste.

Ensure painting operations comply with established production schedules, quality requirements, and safety standards.

Monitor product quality, identify painting defects, and implement corrective and preventive actions to reduce rejection and rework.

Coordinate with Production, Quality Control, Maintenance, and other departments to resolve production issues and improve operational efficiency.

Ensure proper handling, storage, and usage of paints and chemicals in accordance with workplace safety and environmental requirements.

Identify opportunities for process improvement, cost reduction, and productivity enhancement within painting operations.

Prepare production reports and monitor key performance indicators, including output, defect rates, material consumption, and manpower productivity.

Train, develop, and evaluate team members to strengthen technical capabilities and ensure consistent production performance.

Support management in maintaining operational continuity and preparing for future leadership succession.

Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

Diploma degree in any Engineering discipline.

High level of conversational English proficiency.

At least 5 years of experience as a Production Supervisor in chemical manufacturing, with an understanding of painting processes.

Strong leadership, problem-solving, communication, and team management skills.
