Job summary

Multi Bintang Indonesia is hiring a Packaging Technician in Tangerang to operate and maintain packaging machinery in a fast-paced FMCG environment. You’ll ensure safe, efficient, and quality packaging while driving improvement initiatives on the production floor.

The role requires a hands-on, detail-oriented individual capable of following standards, working shifts, and being placed at the Tangerang Brewery. English proficiency is preferred, with a commitment to safety and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical, Automation, Mechatronic, or Mechanical engineering.

Responsibilities

• Maintains the equipment and follows safety and food safety standards.
• Executes process and product control on all machines.
• Takes initiatives to improve workplace performance via team activities.
• Operates packaging processes according to the production plan and specs.
• Performs basic maintenance tasks and participates in improvement activities.
