Multi Bintang Indonesia, part of the HEINEKEN Group, is hiring a Packaging Technician based in Tangerang. You will operate and maintain packaging machinery to ensure safe, efficient operations and quality compliance in a fast-paced FMCG production environment.

You will work under the Packaging Team Leader, contribute to process improvements, perform routine maintenance, and support shift operations. The role requires a hands-on, detail-oriented mindset and willingness to work flexible shifts at

Qualificações

• Associate's or bachelor's degree in Electrical, Automation, Mechatronic, or Mechanical.
• Preferably beverage/maintenance operation shop floor experience.
• Conversant in English (oral and written).
• Willing to work in shifts and be placed at Tangerang Brewery.

Responsabilidades

• Operates and maintains packaging machinery to ensure safe, efficient operations and quality.
• Performs process and quality checks on the packaging line.
• Participates in 5S and continuous improvement activities within packaging operations.
• Supports basic maintenance tasks and basic troubleshooting on packaging equipment.
• Ensures packaging processes align with production plans and specifications.

Job Purpose

As a Packaging Technician, you will play a key role in ensuring our packaging operations run efficiently and meet the highest standards of safety and product quality. You'll be responsible for performing process and product control on the machine, driving initiatives to improve workplace performance, and ensuring smooth and reliable packaging processes.

Main Responsibilities

• Maintains the equipment and works in line with the defined and implemented safety and food safety standards.
• Executes process and product control on all machines.
• Takes initiatives and is actively involved in optimizing workplace performance via AM/5S teams and activities.
• Ensures the Packaging process operates in an efficient and effective manner according to the production plan and specification in standard and nonstandard conditions.
• Executes basic maintenance tasks according to standards and is actively involved in improvement activities.

Candidate Criteria

• Associate's or bachelor's degree in Electrical, Automation, Mechatronic, or Mechanical.
• Preferably in beverage/maintenance operation shop floor experience.
• Conversant in English both oral and written.
• Willing to work in shifts.
• Willing to be placed in Tangerang Brewery.
