Job summary

PT Otsuka Indonesia is seeking an experienced Packaging & Process Development Section Head to lead packaging and process development activities within the Manufacturing Process Development department.

This role is responsible for driving product and process development, packaging development, process validation, pilot-scale and scale-up activities while ensuring GMP compliance for domestic and export markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy with Professional Pharmacist Qualification (Apoteker).
• 2+ years in Packaging & Process Development or 3+ years in R&D.
• Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing and product/process development.
• Knowledge of GMP, Pharmaceutical Engineering, Process Development, Packaging Development, and Process Validation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee packaging and process development activities from development through validation and implementation.
• Lead packaging development, line compatibility trials, pilot-scale and scale-up activities.
• Lead process validation activities related to packaging and process development.
• Ensure development activities comply with GMP requirements and applicable standards for domestic and export markets.
• Provide technical direction for product and process development projects.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration to support development and implementation activities.

Job Overview
