Job summary

World Vision is seeking a DMEAL Adviser - Pacific to provide strategic DMEAL support and capacity building for Pacific Field Offices. You will strengthen evidence-based decision making, oversee MEAL systems, and promote learning across grant programs.

You will collaborate with national offices, support donors and partners, and lead regional AIM and reporting efforts to improve program quality and impact in the SAPO region.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in monitoring and evaluation at national or large program level.
• Ability to facilitate working groups, communities of practice or similar learning mechanisms.
• Proven collaboration with staff at all levels and ability to mobilize others to achieve strategic plans.
• Knowledge of M&E requirements of donors (USAID, DFAT, DevCo, etc.).
• English written and verbal communication at a professional level.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and technical DMEAL support and advisory services to Pacific Field Offices.
• Lead technical guidance on DMEAL systems, data quality, analysis, and evidence-based decision making.
• Strengthen capacity-building for National Offices and partners through workshops and coaching.
• Support development and refresh of Pacific Field Office strategies with DMEAL priorities.
• Develop professional networks with universities, donors, and partners and coordinate with Support Offices.
