Job summary

WebBeds in Jakarta is seeking an experienced Sales Co-ordinator to service Pacific customers, work with Retail and XML partners, and manage a portfolio of accounts. You will collaborate with Finance, CS, Sales, IT and Marketing to deliver client-focused solutions, develop new business, and use CRM and Power BI to analyze performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field; preference for Business Administration or Hospitality & Tourism.
• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong English written and spoken communication.
• Customer-focused with problem-solving mindset.

Responsibilities

• Account management and daily client servicing across Pacific accounts.
• Develop relationships and onboard new clients within assigned regions.
• Coordinate with internal teams to deliver client-focussed solutions.
