Job summary

Eka Hospital Group in Jakarta's outpatient pharmacy seeks a licensed pharmacist to provide safe dispensing, review prescriptions, prepare medications, educate patients and support inventory control.

The ideal candidate holds a Pharmacy degree, an active STR registration, and at least 1 year of relevant experience. Strong communication and technical pharmacy skills are required to ensure accurate documentation and quality service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must hold a professional degree in Pharmacy.
• Active Pharmacist Registration Certificate (STR).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar/outpatient pharmacy role.
• Possess relevant supporting certifications.
• Strong pharmaceutical technical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe and efficient outpatient pharmacy services, including prescription review, medication preparation and dispensing.
• Educate patients on medications and use, dosage, and potential side effects.
• Manage inventory and ensure stock accuracy.
• Maintain accurate documentation and record-keeping.
• Support departmental workflows in a fast-paced outpatient setting.
