Job summary

Kopi 16 Pro in Palembang seeks an experienced Outlet Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring SOPs, service standards, and product quality across the outlet. You will manage costs, drive profitability, and lead a large team to deliver top performance and exceptional customer service.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in F&B with strong leadership, coaching, and KPI-driven mindset, plus experience in high-volume outlets. Knowledge of stock, cash handling, and FIFO/FEFO is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience in F&B
• Minimum 3 years as Assistant Manager / Outlet Manager
• Experience leading a team of minimum 30 people
• Understanding of outlet operations, SOP Service/Kitchen/Bar, Cash Handling, Stock Opname, FIFO/FEFO, Waste & Spoilage
• Understanding of Food Cost, Beverage Cost, COGS, Gross Profit, Margin, Sales Target, Average Check, and Labor Cost fundamentals
• Ability to conduct Training, Coaching, Briefing, KPI Evaluation, and Performance Review
• Strong leadership, problem solving, decision making, and customer handling capabilities
• Experience in outlet opening, multi-outlet management, or managing revenue > Rp500 million/month is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure operational compliance with SOP, service standards, and product quality standards
• Control sales, COGS, food & beverage cost, labor cost, waste, and outlet profitability
• Lead, develop, and evaluate outlet team performance
• Handle customer complaints and operational issues quickly and appropriately
• Ensure stock, cash handling, equipment, and outlet cleanliness are controlled
• Monitor KPI and implement improvements to enhance outlet performance
