PT Prodia Widyahusada Tbk is seeking a skilled Business Analyst to monitor and analyze outlet performance, identify gaps, and support development through feasibility studies. This role requires strong Excel skills, data analysis, and an analytical mindset to drive data-informed decisions.

You will prepare dashboards and reports, maintain performance databases, and coordinate improvement initiatives with cross-functional teams to ensure tangible performance gains across outlets.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in business analysis, performance management, or outlet/business development.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting, with strong data visualization skills.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor and analyze outlet performance to identify gaps and opportunities.
• Conduct feasibility studies for outlet development, including investment, financial viability, and projected performance.
• Support implementation and evaluation of performance improvement initiatives.
• Prepare performance analyses, dashboards, and business reports to support decision-making.
• Maintain outlet performance databases and prepare reports on performance, BEP, and Payback Period.
• Monitor the progress and results of improvement initiatives in coordination with relevant teams.
