• Receive customer orders carefully and verify order details and payment.
• Prepare and process orders according to SOP.
• Ensure orders are made correctly and according to customer requests.
• Verify orders before handing to customers and deliver with courtesy.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation during work processes.
• Clean outlet area before starting work and throughout operations.
• Close outlet after operations end and ensure all equipment is cleaned and organized.
