Job summary

PT Eigerindo Multi Produk Industry invites applications for a Retail Assistant to join our team in Indonesia. You will be at the frontline, advising customers, understanding their outdoor needs, and recommending suitable EIGER products to enhance their outdoor experiences.

You will explain product details, product materials, and care, and participate in end-to-end selling activities from product arrival to customer delivery, working in shifts and holidays as required.

Qualifications

• Candidates must possess at least SMA/SMK; D3 or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Customer oriented mindset is essential.
• Willing to work shifts and on holidays.
• Able to work in a target-driven environment.
• Available to join immediately.
• Preferably domiciled near an EIGER Store in Indonesia.

Responsibilities

• Be an Advisor to the customer, identify needs and recommend products.
• Explain product information including features, materials, and care.
• Engage in end-to-end selling activities from arrival to customer delivery.
