Job summary

Pt Suri Tani Pemuka is seeking an OT Engineering Staff to collect and analyze OT system performance data, including SCADA and control systems, and to support the deployment of PLC, HMI, and SCADA configurations. The role involves commissioning, testing, and maintaining OT equipment across Indonesia.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree in Electrical/ Informatics Engineering, 3+ years in OT or industrial automation, and strong English communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Informatics Engineering is required.
• 3+ years of experience in Operational Technology, Industrial Automation, or Control System Engineering.
• Strong understanding of industrial automation and control systems.
• Hands-on experience in SCADA and HMI programming (Tatsoft, WinCC, Visual Basic).
• Proficiency in SQL database management, data integration, and industrial reporting.
• Good understanding of industrial machinery and automation system troubleshooting.
• Fluent English with technical communication skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively across Indonesia.

Responsibilities

• Collect, process, and analyze OT system performance data including control systems, SCADA, alarms, and historical data.
• Prepare periodic reports and support evaluations related to OT performance, downtime, incidents, and maintenance.
• Implement, configure, and enhance PLC, HMI, and SCADA systems per plans and standards.
• Perform commissioning, testing, backup management, documentation, and maintenance of OT systems and equipment.
• Monitor and troubleshoot control systems, instrumentation, networks, and OT applications.
• Support OT development, integration, upgrades, and digitalization projects.
• Maintain technical documents, drawings, backups, asset records, and OT inventories.
• Propose improvements to enhance reliability, efficiency, security, and performance.
