Job summary

PT Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk in Jakarta is seeking an OT Engineer to collect and analyze OT performance data, optimize PLC/SCADA/HMI, and support digitalization initiatives.

The role requires hands-on experience with Tatsoft/WinCC/Visual Basic, SQL data management, and willingness to travel to various company sites across Indonesia.

You will maintain technical documents and collaborate with operations to improve reliability and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Informatics Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Operational Technology, Industrial Automation, or Control System Engineering.
• Strong understanding of industrial automation and control systems.
• Hands-on experience in SCADA and HMI programming (Tatsoft, WinCC, Visual Basic).
• Proficient in SQL database management, data integration, and industrial reporting systems.
• Good understanding of industrial machinery, manufacturing processes, and automation system troubleshooting.
• Fluent English with good technical communication skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively and be placed across company operations in Indonesia.

Responsibilities

• Collect, process, and analyze OT performance data including SCADA, alarms, and equipment reliability.
• Prepare periodic reports and support evaluations of downtime, incidents, and maintenance.
• Implement, configure, and enhance PLC, HMI, and SCADA systems per approved plans.
• Conduct commissioning, testing, backups, documentation, and maintenance of OT systems.
• Monitor and troubleshoot control systems, instrumentation, and industrial networks.
• Support OT development, system upgrades, integration, and digitalization projects.
• Maintain technical docs, engineering drawings, backups, asset records, and OT inventories.
• Propose improvements to enhance OT reliability, efficiency, security, and performance.

Execute the implementation, configuration, and enhancement of PLC, HMI, SCADA, and other automation systems in accordance with approved plans and standards.4. Mengumpulkan, mengolah, dan menganalisis data kinerja sistem OT (Operational Technology), termasuk sistem kontrol, SCADA, alarm, data historis, dan keandalan peralatan.2. Menyusun laporan berkala serta mendukung evaluasi terkait kinerja sistem OT, downtime, insiden, dan aktivitas pemeliharaan.3. Melaksanakan implementasi, konfigurasi, dan pengembangan sistem PLC, HMI, SCADA, serta sistem otomasi lainnya sesuai dengan rencana dan standar yang telah ditetapkan.4. Melaksanakan kegiatan commissioning, pengujian, pengelolaan backup, dokumentasi, serta pemeliharaan sistem dan peralatan OT.5. Memantau dan melakukan troubleshooting pada sistem kontrol, instrumentasi, jaringan komunikasi industri, serta aplikasi operational technology.6. Mendukung pelaksanaan proyek pengembangan, integrasi, peningkatan sistem, dan digitalisasi OT.7. Memelihara dokumen teknis, gambar teknik, backup sistem, data aset, serta inventaris OT.8. Mengusulkan ide perbaikan dan mendukung berbagai inisiatif untuk meningkatkan keandalan, efisiensi, keamanan, serta kinerja operasional sistem OT Kualifikasi: 1. Pendidikan minimal Sarjana (S1) Teknik Elektro atau Teknik Informatika.2. Memiliki pengalaman minimal 3 tahun di bidang Operational Technology (OT), Otomasi Industri, atau Rekayasa Sistem Kontrol.3. Memiliki pemahaman yang kuat mengenai sistem otomasi dan kontrol industri.4. Memiliki pengalaman praktis dalam pemrograman SCADA dan HMI (Tatsoft, WinCC, Visual Basic).5. Menguasai manajemen database SQL, integrasi data, dan sistem pelaporan industri.6. Memahami dengan baik mesin industri, proses manufaktur, serta troubleshooting sistem otomasi.7. Mampu berkomunikasi dalam Bahasa Inggris dengan baik, terutama untuk kebutuhan teknis.8. Bersedia melakukan perjalanan dinas yang intensif dan ditempatkan di berbagai lokasi operasional perusahaan di seluruh Indonesia.
