Job summary

HAND Global Solutions in Jakarta seeks a NetSuite Functional Consultant (Finance & SCM) to lead full-cycle ERP implementations, focusing on either Financials (GL, AP, AR) or SCM (Inventory, Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash). You will align systems with business workflows and document BRDs and specs.

Fluent English is required; Mandarin is a plus. Candidates with 2–3 full lifecycle NetSuite deployments and NetSuite certifications are highly preferred.

Job description

NetSuite Functional Consultant (Finance & SCM)

Responsibilities

Manage and execute full-cycle NetSuite ERP implementations, focusing on your respective specialization (either Financial modules like GL, AP, AR, Tax or SCM modules like Inventory, Procurement, Order Management).

Working with clients to understand business workflows, perform Fit-Gap analysis, and document comprehensive Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and functional specifications.

Configure NetSuite core features, custom roles, workflows (SuiteFlow), and approval hierarchies to align with client operations based on your module expertise.

Oversee data mapping and execution via CSV imports, design test scenarios, and guide users through User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Configure and support local statutory requirements, including Indonesian tax regulations (VAT/PPh) and e-Faktur integration considerations within NetSuite.

Deliver end-user training, create user manuals, and provide hyper-care post-go-live support to ensure high system adoption rates.

Coordinate with technical teams and developers for custom scripts (SuiteScript) or third-party integrations (APIs/iPaaS) when standard configurations require enhancement.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Information Systems, Computer Science, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

Fluent in English (written and spoken) for regional collaboration. Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage given our corporate network.

Minimum 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience as an ERP Functional Consultant.

Deep functional knowledge in either NetSuite Financials (General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Fixed Assets) or NetSuite SCM (Inventory Management, Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash). Candidates specializing heavily in one track are welcome to apply.

Successfully delivered at least 2–3 full-lifecycle NetSuite implementation projects from blueprint to go-live in your respective track.

Strong understanding of Indonesian business operations, commercial practices, and financial reporting standards.

NetSuite Certified ERP Consultant or track-specific NetSuite certifications are highly preferred.

Excellent problem-solving abilities, strong stakeholder management, and structured documentation skills.
