Job description

Responsibilities

• Familiar with the product knowledge of optical network NEs and be able to handle routine alarms and tasks.
• Understand optical network protocols and can perform in-depth analysis and solve problems.
• Familiar with the patch installation and upgrade of optical NEs
• Able to cooperate with other products to perform cutover and capacity expansion.
• Master main parameters pf optical NEs and optimize related KPI performance.
• Ability to review solution and MOP.
• Familiar with all cyber security processes.
• Be responsible for completing customer request and internal tasks in time.
