Job summary

BukuWarung in Indonesia seeks an Operations Leader to own the end-to-end lifecycle of our payment devices, ensuring every unit ships correct and activates smoothly. You will build quality standards across EDC and Soundbox, lead a growing team, and turn ambiguity into repeatable, automated processes.

Responsibilities span data governance, device mapping, registration with partners, activation, refunds handling, repair and refurb, and AI-enabled checks.

Qualifications

• 4–9 years in operations or data-focused environments with accuracy at scale.
• At least 2 years leading a team; growth to Senior Manager level with experience.
• Track record of maintaining quality and accuracy in high-volume settings.
• Strong people leadership with hiring, coaching, and team development.
• Thrives in fast-moving, unstructured environments and builds processes from scratch.
• Clear communicator in Bahasa Indonesia and English, with simple, actionable instructions.

Responsibilities

• Own quality and data integrity for both EDC and Soundbox device lines, ensuring correct and ready-to-use devices.
• Manage device mapping and registration with banks and payment partners; run end-to-end batches.
• Oversee payment activation, account setup, terminal configuration, refunds, and cancellations.
• Lead repair and refurbishment loops, integrating cost levers with Logistics and Finance.
• Drive AI-native operations: reduce manual work, scale with automation, and build team resilience.
