Job summary

BukuWarung is looking for a Senior Growth Product Manager in Indonesia to define and execute the growth strategy for merchant retention, activation, and engagement across BukuWarung products.

You will build an experimentation culture with A/B testing, drive UX improvements, and own key growth KPIs while collaborating with Data, Marketing and Business teams.

Strong background in fintech/payments and SEA markets, plus autonomous roadmap execution and user research skills, are essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management experience, with at least 5 years focused on growth, retention, or user engagement.
• Experience in fintech, payments, or financial services is strongly preferred
• Experience with consumer or SMB products (B2C or B2B2C) in SEA markets
• Proven track record of running A/B tests and experiments with measurable business impact
• Strong analytical skills — comfortable with cohort analysis, funnel metrics, and data-driven prioritization
• Experience with experimentation platforms (e.g., Amplitude, Mixpanel, internal tools)
• Ability to work autonomously — define own roadmap, set priorities, and drive execution with minimal direction
• Excellent communication skills — can influence stakeholders and present to leadership
• Strong user research skills — comfortable conducting interviews, usability tests, and synthesizing findings into actionable insights
• Experience in agile methodologies

Responsibilities

• Establish A/B testing frameworks and experiment roadmaps to drive data-driven decisions.
• Identify merchant journey friction and prioritize UX improvements with measurable impact.
• Define and own growth KPIs such as retention, activation, and engagement metrics.
• Collaborate with Data, Marketing and Business teams to align growth initiatives with company goals.
• Conduct user research to understand needs, pain points, and behaviors to inform product decisions.
