Job summary

SIRCLO is seeking a hands-on Live Streaming Operator to manage end-to-end livestream sessions from our Yogyakarta studio. You will coordinate hosts, monitor chats, and implement engagement tactics to maximize viewer interaction.

You will also ensure VOD content is accurately produced and reported, maintaining a professional studio environment with all equipment ready for use. Experience in technical operation and familiarity with OBS, vMix, and major streaming platforms is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in technical operation or related field.
• Familiarity with OBS or vMix and digital live streaming platforms including Tokopedia Play, Shopee Live, YouTube, Instagram and Facebook.
• Able to monitor Matrix Performa on Shopee or TikTok while operating Live Streaming.
• Preferably experience in a live streaming platform or television industry.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Available to work in flexible hours and shifts.
• Willing to work from SIRCLO Yogyakarta.

Responsibilities

• Monitor live chat, audience interactions, and ensure gimmicks/promotions are executed according to plan.
• Implement engagement strategies (quizzes, flash sales, voucher drops) as directed by the LSC.
• Manage the content conversion into the video on demand (VOD).
• Set up relevant properties with other crew members and venue A/V technicians.
• Submit post-event reports as requested by Senior Live streaming Production.
• Maintain professionalism in the studio and ensure all equipment is ready for use.
