Job summary

SIRCLO Studio in BSD, Indonesia, is hiring a Live Streaming Operator to manage studio livestreams with precision. You will coordinate with hosts, LSC, and crew, monitor chats, and execute promotions to maximize viewer engagement.

You will ensure quality visuals, audio, and VOD content while maintaining a professional studio environment. Ideal candidates have hands-on experience with OBS/vMix and multiple streaming platforms, plus the ability to work in shifts and collaborate across teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in technical operation or related field.
• Familiarity with OBS or vMix and digital live streaming platforms such as Tokopedia Play, Shopee Live, YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook.
• Preferably experience in live streaming platforms or television industry.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Flexible working hours and ability to work in shifts.
• Willing to work from the office (WFO) at SIRCLO Studio, BSD.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with hosts, co-host, and LSC in real-time during the session.
• Monitor live chat, audience interactions, and ensure gimmicks/promotions are executed according to plan.
• Implement engagement strategies (quizzes, flash sales, voucher drops) as directed by the LSC.
• Manage the content conversion into the video on demand (VOD).
• Set up relevant properties with other crew members and venue A/V technicians.
• Submit post-event reports as requested by Senior Live streaming Production.
• Maintain professionalism in the studio and ensure all equipment is ready for use.
