Job summary

SIRCLO is seeking a Livestream Operator to manage in-studio sessions at our Yogyakarta location. You will oversee the livestream flow, coordinate with hosts and crew, and implement engagement tactics to maximize audience interaction.

Ideal candidates bring experience in technical operations and familiarity with OBS or vMix, plus live streaming platforms. You will work shifts, in a hands-on studio environment, ensuring top-quality broadcasts.

Qualifications

Experience in a technical operation or related field.
Familiarity with OBS or vMix and digital live streaming platforms such as Tokopedia Play, Shopee Live, YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook.
Able to monitor Matrix Performa on Shopee or TikTok while operating Live Streaming.
Preferably experience in a live streaming platform or television industry.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Available to work in flexible working hours and in shifts.
Willing to work from SIRCLO Yogyakarta.

Responsibilities

Operate livestream flow (scenes, visuals, audio, video) to run optimally.
Coordinate with hosts, co-host, and LSC in real-time during the session.
Monitor live chat and audience interactions, ensure gimmicks/promotions are executed as planned.
Implement engagement strategies (quizzes, flash sales, voucher drops) as directed by the LSC.
Manage content conversion into video on demand (VOD).
Set up properties with other crew members and venue A/V technicians.
Submit post-event reports as requested by Senior Live Streaming Production.
Maintain professionalism in the studio and ensure equipment is ready for use.
