Job summary

PT JJX Tech Indonesia is seeking an experienced Heidelberg Printing Operator to support our luxury packaging printing operations. You will operate Heidelberg offset printing machines, set up plates, inks, and materials, and ensure color accuracy and print quality across shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience operating Heidelberg offset printing machines in a commercial/manufacturing printing environment.

• Good understanding of offset printing processes and basic print quality requirements.

Operator and Helper Printing Heidelberg Machine

PT JJX Tech Indonesia / JYX Packaging is seeking an experienced Heidelberg Printing Operator to join our production team supporting our printing operations for luxury and sustainable packaging solutions.

Key responsibilities

Operate Heidelberg offset printing machines according to production schedules and job orders.

Set up printing plates, inks, paper, and machine parameters before production.

Perform color matching and color adjustments to meet customer and production specifications.

Monitor printing quality including color consistency, registration, and print accuracy.

Conduct routine machine cleaning and basic maintenance.

Troubleshoot printing issues and ensure stable machine performance.

Coordinate with Prepress, QA, and Production teams to maintain quality standards.

Maintain production records and follow safety and operational procedures.

Qualifications

Minimum Senior High School (SMA) / Vocational High School (SMK) graduate, preferably with an educational background in Printing, Graphic Arts, or a related field.

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience operating Heidelberg offset printing machines. Experience in a commercial or manufacturing printing environment is highly preferred.

For Helper level: Fresh graduates or candidates with relevant printing experience are welcome, provided they demonstrate a strong willingness to learn and develop their technical skills.

Good understanding of offset printing processes, including machine operation, printing procedures, and basic print quality requirements.

Able to perform for color matching, color adjustment, and color control throughout the printing process to ensure consistent print quality.

Able to monitor and maintain print quality, color consistency, registration, and other basic printing parameters according to production standards.

Able to identify basic printing defects or quality issues and communicate them promptly to the Supervisor or Operator, Familiar with printing materials, inks, paper, plates, and basic printing machine components is an advantage.

Detail-oriented, with strong quality awareness and attention to accuracy.

Able to follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), work instructions, safety procedures, and production targets. Willing and able to work on a shift system, including overtime when required, in a manufacturing/factory environment.

Physically fit and able to work in a production environmentfor extended periods. Responsible, disciplined, reliable, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Good communication skills and able to coordinate effectively with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and other related departments.

Demonstrates a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and adaptability to changing production requirements.

Commitment to maintaining workplace safety, machine cleanliness, housekeeping, and 5S standards.
