Job summary

Tumbler Makassar is seeking a Production Operator to join the team in Makassar. You will operate UV print, laser engraving, sublimation, and related equipment, ensuring production files and specifications match orders.

You will prepare materials, maintain records, and support packaging and quality checks to hand off finished goods. The role requires a D3 (or higher) education, willingness to learn multiple machines, and the ability to work Monday through Saturday from 08:00 to 17:00 WITA.

Qualifications

• Minimum D3 education in any field; S1 graduates are welcome to apply.
• Fields such as Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Computer Engineering or related fields are a plus.
• Able to operate basic computers.
• Detail-oriented, disciplined, responsible, and able to work to targets.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Willing to learn the operation of various production machines.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Reside in Makassar and surrounding areas.
• Willing to work Monday-Saturday, 08:00-17:00 WITA.

Responsibilities

• Prepare products and materials before production processes.
• Ensure files, print positions, quantities, and product specifications match orders.
• Inspect production quality before handoff to the next stage.
• Perform finishing processes and assist with product preparation and packaging as needed.
• Record production results, defective products, and material usage.
• Maintain cleanliness of work area and perform routine machine maintenance.
• Coordinate with design, operations, warehouse, and quality control teams.
• Assist with operating other machines as needed based on production queue.
