Job summary

Veritacore is seeking an Operations Supervisor to support daily operational delivery across digital media editing teams. You will report to the Operations Manager, oversee shift execution, monitor SLAs, guide Team Leads, and ensure high output quality.

You will act as a link between frontline production and management, drive day-to-day productivity and process adherence, provide coaching, manage attendance and scheduling, track capacity, and prepare concise end-of-day reports.

Qualifications

• 4 to 5 years of operational experience in a BPO, digital media, content production, or shared services environment.
• Prior experience as a Senior Team Lead or Supervisor managing frontline staff.
• Good understanding of operational KPIs (SLA, QA, turnaround time, utilization).
• Hands-on familiarity with project management software (e.g., Asana, Jira) and basic data spreadsheets.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts based on client operational requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day shift delivery to ensure client SLAs and turnaround times are consistently met.
• Ensure team members understand and follow Key Operating Procedures (KOPs) and standard editing workflows.
• Identify operational bottlenecks during shifts and coordinate quick resolutions to minimize downtime.
• Perform routine quality checks on completed media edits to ensure outputs align with client specifications.
• Provide direct feedback and coaching to Team Leads and editors when quality errors or variances occur.
• Monitor daily shift attendance, schedule coverage, and real-time task allocations to maximize team productivity.
• Track team capacity and work volume to avoid idle time or backlogs during peak hours.
• Maintain daily task updates and project status tracking in project management tools (e.g., Asana).
• Prepare concise End-of-Day (EOD) activity reports for the Operations Manager highlighting volume, quality issues, and shift highlights.
• Guide, support, and mentor Team Leads in managing frontline production staff.
