PT. Svaha Jagad Bali is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead our Front of House in a premier Bali nightclub. You will drive daily operations, supervise the FOH team, and deliver world-class VIP experiences in a high-volume environment.

Responsibilities include achieving revenue targets through VIP sales, coordinating with security and GM, and ensuring top guest service while managing scheduling, training, and KPI-driven performance in a fast-paced setting with loud music.

Formación

• Fluency in English is mandatory (spoken and written).
• Proven track record in operational management in premium F&B or nightlife venues.
• Strong leadership and ability to manage large teams in a fast-paced setting.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, manage, and oversee all Front of House nightclub operations from start to end of shift.

• Drive VIP table sales and bottle service to achieve targets.
• Maintain high guest experience standards and handle VIP complaints promptly.
• Coordinate with Bar Manager, Head of Security, and GM for safe, efficient operations.
• Schedule FOH staff, train, evaluate performance, and motivate the team.
• Analyse daily reports (P&L, complaints, staffing costs) and provide strategic input.

Operations Manager (Nightclub) - PT. Svaha Jagad Bali

PT. Svaha Jagad Bali is setting a new standard for nightlife in Canggu, Bali. We are looking for an experienced, highly driven, and strategic Operations Manager to lead our Front of House (FOH) team. If you have a proven track record of managing premium, high-volume nightclubs or beach clubs and know how to deliver world-class VIP experiences, we want you to take the helm!

Key responsibilities

Lead, manage, and oversee all Front of House (FOH) nightclub operations comprehensively to ensure smooth service from start to end of shift

Supervise and provide direct guidance to Floor Captain, Head Receptionist, VIP Hosts, Waiter/Waitress, and Busser/Runner

Responsible for achieving daily/monthly revenue targets, particularly in driving VIP table sales and bottle service

Ensure guest experience standards are at the highest level and handle VIP guest complaints quickly, professionally, and wisely

Coordinate intensively with Bar Manager, Head of Security, and General Manager to ensure operational synchronisation, guest safety, and inter-departmental efficiency

Manage FOH staff scheduling, conduct routine training, performance evaluation (KPI), and maintain team motivation in a highly dynamic environment

Analyse daily reports (basic P&L, operational complaints, staffing cost) and provide strategic recommendations to management

About you

Minimum 5 years of experience in Operational Managerial positions, required in Nightclub, Beach Club, or large-scale Premium F&B industry (Experience in Canggu/Seminyak/Uluwatu area is a significant plus)

Fluency in English is mandatory (spoken and written). Other foreign language abilities are an added value

Strong leadership spirit, firm yet capable of nurturing large-scale teams

Wide network or connections in hospitality and nightlife circles in Bali will be highly prioritised

Deep understanding of VIP guest service standards, reservation management, and upselling strategy

Able to work under extreme pressure, make quick decisions (problem-solving), and adapt in a fast paced environment with loud music

Must be willing to work nightclub hours (night/late-night shifts), weekends, and national holidays
