Job summary

You will drive people ops, culture initiatives, and day-to-day finances such as invoicing and cash flow, while managing client contracts and NDAs with integrity and transparency. On-site presence in Jakarta is required.

• 7+ years in HR, people operations or business support leadership.
• Full professional English proficiency (written and verbal).

• Proactive mindset to build processes from scratch.
• On-site presence in Jakarta.

• Naturally de-escalate workplace pressure and protect team culture
• Oversee day-to-day agency financial tracking including invoicing and cash flows in sync with external accountant
• Manage paralegal requirements including NDAs and client contracts
• Align directly with executive leadership with absolute transparency and zero communication distortion
