Job summary

PT GASTRO BOGA NUSANTARA is seeking a dual-focused professional to manage Accounting/Finance and Human Resources in Jakarta. You will record transactions, handle payroll and HR administration, and ensure accurate reporting across outlets.

You will collaborate with auditors and outlet teams, maintain compliance, and communicate fluently in English and Bahasa Indonesia. A proactive, autonomous approach is essential in our structured, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Min. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 1-3 years experience in Accounting/Finance is preferred
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and tax regulations
• Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software
• High integrity, accurate, and able to meet deadlines
• Min. Bachelor's degree in Psychology, HR, or related field
• 1-2 years experience in HR is preferred
• Fresh graduates are welcome
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in MS Office and HRIS is a plus

Responsibilities

• Record daily transactions, invoices, and payments
• Handle cashier reconciliation and petty cash
• Prepare monthly financial reports and tax documents
• Monitor budget, expenses, and cost control for outlets
• Coordinate with auditors and support audit process
• Work closely with outlet teams for financial reporting
• Handle recruitment, onboarding, and employee administration
• Manage payroll, attendance, and employee records
• Support employee relations, engagement, and performance management
• Coordinate training and HR compliance
• Assist with HR reporting and documentation
• Maintain a high level of responsiveness to handle urgent business matters at any given time
• Deeply study and understand our educational programs
• Proven background in both Accounting/Finance and Human Resources.
• Full professional fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia. (Mandarin a strong bonus).
