Job summary

PT MAP AKTIF ADIPERKASA offers the MAP Future Leaders Program (Operations) to develop future leaders through hands-on experiences in MAP Active's retail operations. The program targets operational excellence, customer experience, people development, and strong business performance across Indonesia.

The program requires a Bachelor's degree with GPA 3.0+, English proficiency, and a willingness to work shifts while being placed across the country.

The MAP Future Leaders Program is designed to develop future retail leaders through immersive learning and hands-on experience across MAP Active's retail operations business.
