Job summary

PT Michael Page Internasional Indonesia seeks an experienced Operations & Shipping Manager to oversee end-to-end factory logistics, shipping operations, warehouse activities, and inbound supply for a large-scale refining complex in Sumatra.

You will lead cross-functional teams, coordinate vessel scheduling, export/import documentation, and ensure regulatory compliance while driving process improvements and operational continuity.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics, shipping, or supply chain within manufacturing.
• Exposure to export operations and international logistics coordination.
• Knowledge of shipping documentation and compliance processes.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional team management.
• Hands-on, adaptable, and comfortable in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations across shipping, logistics, warehouse, inbound material flow.
• Coordinate export and domestic shipment operations, including vessel scheduling.
• Ensure compliance with shipping documentation requirements and regulations.
• Drive process improvements and system enhancements across operations.
• Develop and mentor operational teams for future leadership roles.
• Support expansion projects and cross-functional initiatives.
