Job summary

PMI is inviting undergraduate students to join a 6‑month Operations Internship in Karawang, West Java, Indonesia. You’ll observe and map processes, review data tools, and support governance with structured dashboards built in Excel and Power BI.

Ideal candidates are in their 7th–8th semester with strong Excel skills, familiarity with Power BI, and a data-driven mindset. This internship offers hands-on learning, stakeholder interaction, and real impact on operational performance.

Qualifications

Undergraduate student in 7th or 8th semester with GPA ≥ 3.00/4.00
Strong Excel skills are mandatory
Experience with Power BI or data visualization is a plus
Able to analyze data and present clear reports, dashboards or summaries

Responsibilities

Observe and map current DH and MP&S processes.
Review data, files, reports, trackers and governance routines.
Identify gaps in data accuracy, reporting flow and process visibility.
Support improvement of planning, monitoring and reporting tools.
Develop trackers, dashboards or summary reports using Excel and Power BI.
Assist data cleansing, consolidation and standardization of reporting formats.
Prepare routine governance materials and meeting updates.
Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely data input and escalation of issues.
Propose simple improvement initiatives to reduce manual work and unclear handovers.
Document standard work and process flows where required.
Support DH and MP&S priorities during the 6‑month assignment.
