GE Vernova invites an Operations Intern to join our Bandung-based team, contributing to efficient processes and Lean initiatives. You will work with operators, supervisors and engineers on critical projects that support operational goals.

The role offers hands-on experience in data collection, reporting, and process improvement, with emphasis on safety, teamwork and learning in a dynamic environment.

Qualifikationen

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in related engineering fields.
• Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with data analysis tools is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for team work.
• Organizational experience is desirable.
• Familiarity with engineering design software is a plus.
• Ability to communicate in English (speaking, listening, writing).
• Willing to commit to a full-time internship for 6 months at Bandung site.

Aufgaben

• Analyze and improve operational workflows to enhance SQDCP aspects.
• Initiate basic improvement projects and collaborate with other departments.
• Support data collection and reporting, providing insights for decisions.
• Collaborate with operators, supervisors, engineers and staff daily.
• Adhere to EHS procedures to maintain a safe workplace.
• Raise concerns or stop work if unsafe conditions or quality risks are observed.
• Participate in GE Lean Action Work Out (AWO) events.
