Job summary

Unilever Sei Mangkei site in North Sumatra seeks an analytical Operation Governance Assistant Manager to establish and sustain governance systems across downstream manufacturing.

You will steward KPI governance, MOC compliance, reporting, and benefits realization, collaborating with Production, Engineering, SHE, Finance, Quality, and other functions to drive operational excellence and data‑driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related engineering field.
• Minimum 5–8 years in Manufacturing, Operational Excellence, or Governance.
• Fluent in English, written and verbal.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities with a data‑driven mindset.
• Experience in KPI Management and Continuous Improvement programs.
• Knowledge of MOC, Risk Assessment, Operational Governance, and Process Safety principles.
• Proficient in data analytics, dashboard development, and reporting tools such as Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily, weekly, and monthly performance governance across downstream manufacturing operations.
• Govern KPI definitions and reporting methodologies for Safety, Quality, Yield, Reliability, OEE, Energy, Cost and Production Performance.
• Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and integrity in reporting.
• Provide performance gap analyses and improvement recommendations.
• Establish and maintain governance for continuous improvement, productivity, and capital project portfolios.
• Monitor project progress, risks, actions, and benefits realization.
• Coordinate MOC governance activities and ensure risk assessments and SHE reviews are conducted.
