The role requires an associate's degree (D3) with proven administrative experience, strong attention to detail, and solid problem-solving ability.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain adherence to club operation’s policies, regulations, and standards within the Operations Department related to Customer Experience.
• Conduct regular checking of administrative processes to identify areas of non-compliance or potential risk.
• Handle and escalation on compliance cases/findings/incidents to the CX Manager.
• Mitigate risks, ensuring a proactive approach to compliance-related challenges.
