Job summary

GoTo Group in Indonesia is seeking a Data Analyst within the GoTo Financial Lending Operations team. You will bridge data and daily operations, ensuring teams have the information they need to run smoothly.

You will gain hands-on BI experience, learn how data drives decisions, and develop technical skills in a supportive, real-world setting while collaborating with KYC, QA and Customer Service units.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in Data Analysis or related roles.
• Foundational Excel skills with basic formulas, filtering and data entry.
• Strong eagerness to learn about data analytics and BI.
• Comfortable communicating with operational stakeholders to understand data needs.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive, curious mindset.

Responsibilities

• Support operational data requests and prioritize incoming queries.
• Maintain data accuracy with routine data refreshes.
• Monitor dashboards and ensure team views reflect performance.
• Extract ad-hoc data to answer time-sensitive business questions.
• Assist in designing and building new operational reports.
