Based in Bali or willing to relocate, you should have 1+ year in operations or social media, strong English, and excellent communication. Canva and basic photography/video editing skills are a plus.

Nebula Entrepreneur Space in Canggu, Bali is looking for a creative, proactive, and highly organized person to join the team as an Operational & Social Media professional. You will support daily operations, member experience, community activities, and social media presence.

Key responsibilities

Manage and support daily operational activities at Nebula

Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth day-to-day operations

Assist with member communication, inquiries, and community engagement

Create, manage, and schedule social media content

Handle basic photography, videography, and video editing

Develop creative content for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other platforms

Support events, community activities, and promotional campaigns

Monitor social media performance and contribute ideas to grow Nebula's online presence

Assist with basic administrative and reporting tasks

About you

Minimum 1 year of experience in operations, social media, marketing, hospitality, coworking, or a related field

Based in Bali or willing to relocate to Bali

Good command of English, both written and spoken

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Creative, proactive, and able to work independently

Good organizational and time-management skills

Familiar with social media platforms and content creation

Basic skills in Canva, photography, video editing, or similar tools are a plus

Strong copywriting and storytelling skills

Passionate about community, branding, and social media
