Wasteforchange Alam Indonesia sedang mencari pemimpin operasional untuk mengarahkan fasilitas manufaktur plastik secara harian dengan fokus pada efisiensi, kualitas, dan keberlanjutan. Anda akan menjadi Operational Lead yang merancang inisiatif kapasitas produksi sejalan pertumbuhan bisnis.

Posisi ini menuntut pengalaman minimal 3 tahun di bidang operasional, pemahaman proses plastik, serta kemampuan memimpin tim produksi dan kemitraan.

Qualifications

• Gelar Sarjana di bidang teknik lingkungan, sipil, atau teknik industri.
• Minimal 3 tahun pengalaman operasional (pabrik/manufaktur/logistik).
• Pengalaman memimpin tim produksi menjadi nilai tambah.
• Pengetahuan proses manufaktur plastik dan jenis material plastik (PP, PET, HDPE, LDPE, PVC).
• Pengalaman terkait manajemen limbah domestik dan standar lingkungan diutamakan.
• Keterampilan manajemen proyek untuk merencanakan, melaksanakan, dan memantau inisiatif operasional.
• Kepemimpinan, komunikasi, dan negosiasi untuk kelola tim internal dan mitra eksternal.

Responsibilities

• Memimpin dan mengarahkan operasi harian fasilitas manufaktur plastik untuk efisiensi, kualitas, dan keberlanjutan.
• Menjadi Operational Lead dalam merancang inisiatif strategis terkait kapasitas produksi dengan target pertumbuhan bisnis.
• Menetapkan, memantau, dan memastikan KPI operasional serta KPI strategis seperti profitabilitas dan kepatuhan.
• Membangun, mengembangkan, dan memimpin tim Produksi dan Kemitraan dengan budaya kerja berprestasi.
• Menganalisis tren material plastik, permintaan pasar, dan peluang rantai pasokan untuk ekspansi bisnis.
• Menyelaraskan pelaksanaan proyek baru ke dalam alur operasional dan tim produksi.
• Mendorong perbaikan berkelanjutan pada sistem, metode, dan budaya kerja guna meningkatkan produktivitas serta pengembangan alat operasional, peluang pendapatan baru, dan kolaborasi antar tim.
• Menyusun laporan bulanan mengenai pendapatan, efisiensi operasional, kinerja produksi, dan inisiatif strategis.

Job description

DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

• Lead and direct daily operations of plastic manufacturing sites to ensure efficiency, quality, and sustainability.
• Act as Operational Lead to design and implement strategic initiatives that align production capacity with business growth targets.
• Set, monitor, and ensure achievement of operational and strategic KPIs, including profitability, productivity, and compliance.
• Build, develop, and lead Production and Partnership teams, fostering collaboration and high performance.
• Analyze plastic material trends, market demands, and supply chain opportunities to support business expansion.
• Ensure effective execution of new projects by integrating them into operational workflows and production teams.
• Drive continuous improvement in systems, methods, and work culture to enhance productivity, including development of operational tools, new revenue opportunities, and cross-team collaboration.
• Provide monthly reports covering revenue progress, operational efficiency, production performance, and strategic initiatives.

KUALIFIKASI MINIMUM

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree majoring in Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Industrial Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of work experience in operational fields (factory/manufacture/logistics); experience in leading production teams is required.
• Strong knowledge of plastic manufacturing processes and plastic material types (PP, PET, HDPE, LDPE, PVC, etc.), including their business applications.
• Knowledge and experience related to domestic waste management, regulation, and environmental standards are preferred.
• Proven project management skills with ability to plan, execute, and monitor operational initiatives.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills to manage internal teams and external partners.
