Job summary

Talent Insider is seeking an Operation Mandarin Speaker in Jakarta to manage daily funder reconciliations and account readiness checks. You will coordinate with external funders, assist in negotiations, and support leadership with ongoing accounting tasks from our Jakarta office.

The ideal candidate holds a degree in economics/accounting, is fluent in Mandarin and Indonesian, and communicates clearly under pressure while maintaining accuracy in MS Office workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in economics, accounting or related management.
• Fluent in Mandarin and Indonesian (listening, speaking, writing).
• Proficient with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate with colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Check account readiness daily with funder, including balance, turnover and order status.
• Perform daily reconciliation with related parties.
• Handle business communication with external funders and assist in negotiations.
• Assist with other tasks as directed by leader.

Job Description

• Checking account readiness with the funder daily, including but not limited to account balance check, turnover account detail check, and order status check.
• Perform daily reconciliation with related parties.
• Responsible for business communication with external funders and assist in negotiations with funders.
• Other tasks arranged by leader.

Requirement

• Graduated from a bachelor's degree, economics, accounting and related management are preferred.
• Language requirements : listening, speaking and writing in Mandarin and Indonesian;
• Ability to operating Ms office software (excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Those with overall work experience such as manager assistants can add points;
• Have good communication skills and unite colleagues;
• Strong ability to withstand pressure, initiative, self-disciplined, responsible and active work attitude.
