Job summary

Angel Yeast Indonesia is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and boost efficiency across departments. The role supports sales order processing, shipment coordination, and payments, with a focus on Indonesian tax rules and audit readiness.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in operations/finance roles, a finance-oriented background, and understands Indonesian tax regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Tax, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in operations, finance & tax or related roles.
• Proficiency in spoken and written Chinese is preferred.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian tax regulations and operational compliance laws.
• Preferably has experience/background in finance and taxation.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor daily operational activities to ensure smooth business processes.
• Support the sales team in preparing and submitting Sales Orders (SO) accurately and on time.
• Coordinate with customers and internal teams regarding order processing, delivery schedules, and shipment status.
• Follow up and monitor shipment status to ensure timely delivery and provide updates to customers.
• Prepare and provide checking notes and remittance notes to customers for payment-related follow-up.
• Coordinate with finance and relevant internal teams regarding customer payments, invoices, and outstanding matters.
• Ensure proper documentation and records of sales orders, shipments, customer communications, and payment-related documents.
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations, operational policies, and applicable laws.
• Support process improvement initiatives to improve operational efficiency and sales support processes.
• Handle other operational and sales support responsibilities as required by the company.
