Job summary

Mall Alam Sutera in Tangerang seeks an Operations Manager responsible for handling all operational matters including Tenant Relation, Tenant Design Coordination, Infrastructure, Housekeeping, and Security.

You will lead a team to ensure smooth mall operations, oversee fit-out projects, and maintain high standards of service. The role requires strong leadership and hands-on management of daily mall activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in any major
• Min. 3 years of working experience in the related field
• Knowledge of property management and best practices at the operational mall
• Hands-on experience in tenant fit-out and fit-out coordination
• Excellent organizational and leadership qualities
