Job summary

PT Alam Sutera Realty Tbk. is seeking a mall operations professional to manage all operational aspects at Mall Alam Sutera in Tangerang. The role covers tenant relations, tenant design coordination, infrastructure, housekeeping, and security to ensure smooth daily operations.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor degree and at least 3 years of hands-on experience in mall operations, with strong organizational and leadership abilities to lead cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in any major.
• At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Knowledge of property management and best practices at the operational mall.
• Hands-on experience in tenant fit-out and fit-out coordination is required.
• Excellent organizational and leadership qualities.
