The ideal candidate has proven senior operations experience in coffee/F&B, strong leadership, and the ability to drive efficiency across multiple locations. Relocation to Kuwait is required and support is provided.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Operations Manager or in a similar senior operational role.
• Strong experience within a coffee brand, café group, or F&B company.
• Previous hospitality management experience.
• Strong leadership and team-management skills.
• Good understanding of F&B operations, customer service, and business performance.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple locations or teams is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional approach in a fast-paced environment.
