Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum S1 education in Marketing, Advertising, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in Creative, Advertising, Brand Activation, Event, or OOH/DOOH.
• Minimum 2 years as Lead/Supervisor/Manager or leading creative teams.
• Strong concept development, campaign planning, and brand activation skills.
• Understanding of OOH/DOOH media: billboards, videotrons, LEDs, experiential marketing.
• Ability to create compelling proposals and present to clients.

Responsibilities

• Develop creative ideas for OOH/DOOH, including billboard, videotron, LED, experiential activation, and supporting media.
• Translate client briefs into creative, relevant, and innovative concepts with commercial value.
• Prepare creative proposals, presentation decks, mood boards, storylines, and visual concepts.
• Collaborate with Sales, Account Executive, Client Service, Media Planner, and Project/Operation teams.
• Lead brainstorming processes and provide creative direction to the team.
• Oversee creative material production to align with concept, quality, timeline, and media requirements.
• Develop activation ideas to increase engagement, awareness, and brand experience.
• Monitor and evaluate activation results and provide improvements.
• Lead, direct, and develop the competencies of Creative & Activation team members.
• Ensure all work meets targets, budget, timeline, and company standards.
