Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering is required.
• Experience leading utilities/piping infrastructure projects.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, P&IDs, piping layouts, and construction specs.
• Strong coordination and site management skills.
• Willingness to be site-based at project locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise construction of utility infrastructure, HDPE piping and water treatment systems.
• Manage activities from site prep to commissioning and handover.
• Ensure works follow drawings, specs, method statements, quality standards and HSE.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, subcontractors, consultants and other teams.
• Monitor progress, manpower, materials, equipment, and productivity to meet targets.
• Review and resolve technical issues related to piping and utility systems.
• Ensure proper inspection, testing, and as-built records for completed works.
• Identify risks and implement corrective actions to minimize delays.
