Job summary

PT Fiberhome Technologies Indonesia is seeking an on-site supervisor for OSP projects in Lampung. You will oversee survey, construction, restoration, and rectification tasks, ensuring progress, quality, and safety align with design and HSE standards.

You will coordinate with subcontractors, review drawings, and support site acceptance and punch lists. The role requires 2+ years in telecom OSP/FTTH and readiness to travel within the region.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's in Telecommunications, Civil Engineering, or related fields.
• 2+ years of telecom OSP/FTTH/fiber experience.
• Familiar with trenching, ducting, cable pulling, splicing and reinstatement.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily on-site activities for OSP projects, including survey, construction, restoration, and rectification works.
• Monitor project progress, quality, and safety to ensure compliance with approved design, customer standards, and HSE requirements.
• Conduct regular site inspections and report site conditions, risks, and issues to the Project Manager.
• Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure proper manpower deployment, material usage, and work sequencing.
• Verify work completion status and support site acceptance and punch-list clearance.
• Assist in resolving on-site technical and construction issues in a timely manner.
• Maintain daily/weekly site records, photos, and progress reports.
• Support disaster recovery, corrective works, and urgent site inspections when required.
• Responsible, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
