Job summary

OU Health's Hillcrest Infusion Center in Tulsa invites an Experienced RN for Infusion to join a fast-paced, team-centered outpatient oncology setting. The role supports chemotherapy, immunotherapy and blood products with mentorship and potential for professional certification within the first 90 days.

The RN I–III track offers diverse responsibilities, from patient assessments to IV therapies, with emphasis on safety, communication, and coordinated care. CJ

Qualifications

• Education: Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
• Experience: RN I 0–3 years; RN II 3–5 years; RN III 5+ years.
• Licensure: Current RN license and BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Aligns behaviors with OU Health values and maintains nursing professional practice standards.
• Assumes responsibility for an assigned patient or group of patients.
• Documents patient responses to interventions and medications, noting changes in physician orders.
• Assists physicians in examinations and minor procedures.
• Monitors physiological data and intervenes when necessary.
• Administers medications and initiates IV infusions and blood products.
• Delivers care safely and collaborates with support staff to resolve patient concerns.
• Fosters professional growth and mentorship, pursuing ongoing certification.
