Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop plantation management plans, including planting, harvesting, and maintenance strategies.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, including labor management, equipment maintenance, and quality control.
• Monitor plantation performance and implement improvements.
• Manage plantation infrastructure such as roads, irrigation, and storage facilities.
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and sustainable farming practices.
• Develop relationships with local communities and government agencies.
