Job summary

Medco Power Energi Services (MPES) in Kupang seeks a qualified Occupational Health professional to lead medical services for employees and manage on-site health facilities. Role covers health assessments, first aid, and implementation of OHIH programs.

The ideal candidate holds a medical degree with STR and Hyperkes, with at least 1 year in industrial health, and is willing to relocate to Kupang with no roster constraints. Collaborative, detail-oriented professionals are preferred.

Qualifications

• Medical degree (Bachelor’s minimum, doctoral studies preferred).
• Valid STR (Surat Tanda Registrasi) or equivalent.
• Certified in Hyperkes (Occupational Health Certification).
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in industrial or occupational health settings.
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
• High attention to detail and commitment to medical accuracy and workplace safety.
• Good understanding of first aid procedures and emergency response protocols.
• Willing to relocate to Kupang, NTT, Indonesia (Local Talent welcomed).
• Willing to work Under No Roster Working Schedule.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive medical checkups and health assessments for employees.
• Deliver preventive, promotive, and curative medical services.
• Identify and assess occupational health risks and potential workplace hazards.
• Administer first aid and emergency medical treatments as needed.
• Oversee and manage on-site health facilities, including first aid posts and clinics.
• Lead the implementation of Occupational Health & Industrial Hygiene (OHIH) programs.
• Collaborate on health-related compliance and quality assurance activities.
• Provide medical leadership and support across multidisciplinary teams.
• Prepare reports and contribute to continuous improvement of OHIH management systems.
